Basics

• All empty or loaded container notification requires 48 hours’ notice for pick up and return to the port.
• Cancelation charges: $500 (if cancel by the client)
• Please note that if this drops and picks then they shall be charging double the line haul and FSC*. 
• It’s the customer’s responsibility to email such a notification.
• Kindly noted that all demurrage and per-diem charges shall be borne by the client, and we will not be responsible for any per-diem or demurrage charges incurred because of in-gate appointment unavailability or port congestion or any reason whatsoever. Any and all charges paid by Can Trail Transportation on behalf of the client/broker shall be billed with an 10%additional admin fee. By sending the Rate cons and DO. It shall be deemed that you agree to all terms, conditions, and rates mentioned above. All the storage along with the chassis rent will be charged per day from load-out to empty ingate.
• Empty or loaded notifications received on Fridays will be scheduled for pick-up the following business day (Monday) unless there is an exception on file.
